Handy unit contains a F4T5D/BLB filtered UV-B tube and a red LEDflashlight. Unit has 2 clear plastic suction cups so that you can stick it any smooth, non-porus surface.
USES
Examine antiques for glue lines & hidden repairs
Detect hidden damage in glass, porcelains & paintings
Examine gemstones & minerals by fluorescence.
Detect watermarks in documents
Examine skin for sun damage
Check fabrics for stains & hidden damage
Activate Fluorescent paints & inks

Identify foreign currency
Cure specific adhesives
Detect counterfeit US currency ($20's have green thread,
$50's have yellow thread, & $100's have orange
fluorescent thread).
